Ard Chúram Day Care Centre are now recruiting: Operational Manager

This position will be based onsite in our centre in Listowel for 3 days per week.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 3 years’ management experience.
Experience of managing staff.
Proven leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated experience in budget management, financial reporting, and applying for funding.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to develop and implement innovative programmes.
Demonstrated experience in IT skills to include MS Teams, Word, Excel, Power-point, Zoom, along with proficient knowledge of social media to include Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

Salary: Salary commensurate with experience.
