The J P MCManus ProAm Qualifiying event took place on April 8th 2022 in Ballybunion with 117 golfers participating, 9 of whom played Adare for the qualifying event. Ard Chúram is most grateful to the J P Mc Manus Family for its inclusion in the list of Charities for the ProAM attended by the world’s top golfers which was held in Adare on July 4th and 5th 2022.

Ard Churam is a Day Care Centre and is located in lovely Listowel in the sweet County Kerry. We began 14 years ago and the time has just flown by. Activities are client centered, fun and engaging. The environment is safe, supportive and cheerful. As well as all of this, connection is one of our core values here.

We are a small voluntary body taking on the mammoth task of building a new state of the art and much needed Alzheimer’s Centre, costing €1m.
Your support and your fundraising efforts will be truly appreciated and a great help in getting our project completed. We are grateful.
This is a fun event for you to get involved in. It is so important to keep active. This is a life lesson we all learnt this year. You can share your preparation and event photos with us. We’d love to see them. Participating in this event is a great way for you to connect with others. Connection is really important as well. You’ll find a great sense of morale and everyone will be encouraging each other.
Of course, you already know we must follow covid restrictions. Your safety is the number one priority this year. Still, abiding by the rules won’t take away from the feeling of achievement. You’ll feel even better knowing you and all your teammates are safe and healthy and well. That is what this is all about. We are a team. We are in this together.

Ard Chúram conscious of the challenges of isolation and social distancing faced by its patrons in these unprecedented times are seen here preparing treats for delivery all over North Kerry.
Chef Sid Sheehan has produced delicious home baking and Ard Chúram staff are organising packs with Activity Booklets and Home exercise programmes.
